The indoor high-voltage isolation switch is a single-phase structure, and each phase is composed of a bottom frame, a pillar insulator, a knife, a contact and other parts.
The side of the knife is provided with a screw for adjusting the contact pressure and a spring for pressing, and the upper end is provided with a self-locking device for fixing the pull button and connecting it, which is used for opening and closing the insulated hook rod.
Compared with the unimproved products, the indoor high-voltage isolation switch has the advantages of large contact area, low contact resistance, good electrical conductivity and high mechanical strength
The isolation switch is generally installed in reverse mode, and can also be installed vertically or tilted (the moving contact is at the bottom). The base frame is fixed to the appropriate position on the cross arm with M-D bolts. It should be convenient to pull and close the knife with the Rek rod hook on the ground, and ensure that the base frame will not loosen during operation.
The incoming line should be connected to the static contact side, and the outgoing line should be connected to the moving contact side, and the appropriate distance between the three-phase switches should be maintained to avoid short circuit.
