The grounding switch is composed of a support, a grounding knife assembly, a static contact, a sensor, a shaft, a crank arm, a compression spring, a conductive sleeve and a soft connection
Note: The bracket is welded into parts after bending thin steel plates, and the rest are assembled parts.
When the operating mechanism makes the grounding switch close, the main shaft overcome the resistance moment as a torque, drive the crank arm to rotate along the closing direction, and make the joystick on the grounding knife pass the dead point of the compression spring, the compression spring releases energy, so that the grounding switch quickly closes in the closing position. The grounding knife on the grounding knife assembly is firmly and reliably contacted by the dished spring and the flange (knife edge) of the static contact.
