AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV indoor complete set of power distribution equipment. As power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electrical energy. It can control, protect and detect the circuit, and can also be used in places with frequent operations. The switchgear conforms to GB/T11022-2011.GB3906-2006 and DL404-2007 standards.
Ambient temperature: upper limit +40ºC, and the average measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35ºC, the lower limit -10ºC.
Altitude: No more than 1000m.
Relative humidity: The daily average is not more than 85%(+25ºC).
The intensity of the earthquake does not exceed 8 degrees.
Water vapor pressure: the daily average is not more than 2.2kPa, the monthly average is not more than 1.8kPa.
Surrounding environment: There is no danger of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
The switchgear is designed according to GB3906-2006 and IEC60298 armoured metal enclosed switchgear standards. The whole is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the withdrawable part (hand car).
The cabinet structure is assembled. It's bolted together. The switchgear is divided into circuit breaker room, main bus room, cable room and relay instrument room with a metal partition.
The protection level of the shell reaches IP3X, the protection level of each compartment is IP2X, and all metal structural parts are reliably grounded, and each compartment of the main circuit system has an independent exhaust pressure release channel.
