Solid insulated switchgear is a new generation of ring network equipment launched according to the new product and new technology planning of the State grid, which is mainly used to replace the traditional SF6 gas insulated switchgear and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly switchgear. Its unique patented design makes it meet the installation requirements of replacing SF6 gas insulated switchgear in terms of dimensions, and its electrical performance is stable and reliable. The inside of the switch is isolated from the outside atmosphere to effectively prevent equipment failure caused by condensation.
The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40ºC, and the average value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35ºC, and the minimum shall not be lower than -15ºC;
The altitude does not exceed 3000m;
Relative humidity: the daily average does not exceed 95%, the monthly average does not exceed 90%.
Water vapor pressure: daily average does not exceed 2.2kPa, monthly average does not exceed 1.8kPa.
The surrounding air is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors or salt spray.
When the switch cabinet is installed at an altitude higher than 3000m, the customer should negotiate with the manufacturer about the factory conditions (elevation correction factor confirmation) and ask for the relevant factory inspection report.
When the maximum ambient temperature exceeds 40 ° C, the rated current carrying capacity of the switch cabinet must be reconfirmed by the manufacturer when ordering.
